Oats are a highly nutritious and versatile grain and are at the heart of our menu. We offer freshly cooked speciality porridge (vegan option and dairy) with a variety of toppings to choose from and created a range of over 30 different flavours of artisan flapjacks (Inc. vegan) and energy balls. All our baked products are handmade with love and care in our Sussex bakery and available to buy at our cafe now
